Heather and Jen say that it's taking forever to load with the new design.  Anyone else having the same problem?  I'm asking not because I don't believe them (or at least I believe Jen, Heather lies like SATAN...jk), but because it loads FASTER on my machine than the last version of the site did.

Wishing you a very Happy Holiday!!  Just getting around to my blog buddies because I have been lacking too!  Starting off a new year with a fresh start, you will need to come by and read in the new year to how I am doing this!!  Hope that you have a wonderful weekend.  Take care!

i wouldn't say 'forever' (if that was directed at me), but a little longer at first, because my tandy 5000 didn't have it in its memory yet. this computer's slow anyways........plus i never download pictures.
 
also of note, when i grab it out of my history, it goes right to the day's post (or previous day's post) all archivey style with the comments at the bottom. i don't know if this is idiocyncratic of the new format, but it saves downloading time because your homepage detritus, erm graphics/pix etc. aren't on this page.

It's not so slow for me, but without the 3D glasses, it's a little hard to read.

WTF?  Who said you could go get all black and moody on your page?  Stopping by was like going to the grocery store right after they've moved everything around and you can't find ANYTHING!  Oh wait... everything's in the same place it's just a different color.  Ok, then.
