I am so sleepy for some reason right now. I'd sleep on the train home, but I'm afraid someone will take advantage of me on the train like in Eurotrip. 'Scusi, 'Scusi.
I ran my blog through an English to German translator and then back again and the results are so funny. I'll post them later when I get back home.
I'm going back tonight to finish installing a wireless network for someone, since I wasn't able to fix his. His router was bad (I believe and hope), so he bought a new one. Why is it that these old fucks with no computer skills or need have these amazingly awesome computer systems and laptops? But, the good thing is that when they fuck them up when they stupidly click on those popups that look like "real" windows alerts, they pay me to fix their mistakes. I made $150 and a free dinner at Applebee's whoring myself out Wednesday night. I REALLY, REALLY needed the money because I was down to $20 in the bank and I don't get paid until next Friday. For some reason, the kids like these things called "breakfast", "lunch", and "dinner". I must spoil them too much.
I still can't believe how fucked up things are in my old home state (Louisiana). I was trying to call people in northern LA and the phone lines are just slammed up there too. All of the area offices here are just being bombarded with people from LA that need money and we're 8 hours a way from the damaged area. I haven't been super, super busy because the phone lines are all tied up, but next week is going to be hell. They're saying that they will approve all overtime, so I may try to work 12 hours a day next week and try to make enough money to get out of this hole we're in.
I'm not much of a praying man, but I'll be praying for the people affected by this stuff. It's utterly shocking how huge this really is.
